RE: Creason Creek Subdivision No. 2, plans dated 8110/18, revisions requested
Dear Ben-.
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has finished its review of this project which borders the
District's Creason Lateral. The easement for the Creason Lateral at this location is a minimum of sixty
feet (60') total, twenty feet (20') left and forty feet (40') right from centerline.
Plans indicate that all storm water will be retained on site and that pressurized irrigation will be
provided via a connection to the District's Crossfield pump station #69.
Plans also indicate that the existing trees within the district's easement are planned to remain as part of
the landscaping for this project. This will not meet the districts requirements. An express condition of
approval of this development shall be that all the trees within twenty feet of the top of bank, along the
north side of the Creason Lateral must be removed to allow for district access in the future. Also that
all other trees within the easement meet our current specifications found in our Land Use Change
Applications.
Please make changes to the plans to address the issue with these trees and send two copies for
review. An approval letter will then be issued at that time.
