RE: FP H-2018-0114./ TNI Crossing Subdivision No. 3
Dear C. Jay:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has already reviewed and approved plans for
the above-mentioned subdivision. Therefore, as long as there is no further impact on the
District's Purdam Drain or easement, NMID will have no comment.
The Purdam Drain courses along the south and west boundary of this proposed project, and
has a minimum easement of eighty-five feet (85') total, thirty-five feet (35') left, and fifty feet
(50 right from centerline facing downstream.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
