My responses are:
R4.3B - Windows which are located within brick areas have brick rowlock sill courses as proportional detailing to integrate the windows into the building plane. Windows which are located
within stucco areas have control joints aligned with the edges of the windows to anchor the windows into the building planes.
R5.2A - The color scheme is cohesive with 2 field colors: Light colored stucco and brown brick. The railings and parapet caps provide an accent color. The color of the garage door coincides
with the color scheme.
