I have reviewed the H-2018-0105 RZ Application and the comments you provided below. Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District will not require a Land Use Change Application be filed for review nor have any further comments
on this application. Sorry for the confusion on our part and ignore our prior letters. Hopefully this email will serve
your needs. If a formal letter is needed please let me know.

Thanks for chatting with me by phone regarding the documents recently sent to my office by NMID in connection
with the above-referenced rezone application. As discussed by phone, the application is for rezone from light
industrial to general commercial. There is no change to the building or building footprint proposed—we are simply
modifying the zoning to allow uses more consistent with the area and the recent use of the building itself.
As such, a land use change application to NMID should not be required. As discussed, please review your file and let
me know if you have any additional questions. I would appreciate confirmation once you’re able to look into this.
