The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument # 2016-060156, entered by and between
the City of Meridian ("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and WL Victory Crossing, LLC
("Developer"), has been satisfied in accordance with the City's requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer's letter confirming completion of all the rSequilied Public
Improvements set forth in the Agreement and the�ity's consent t94leaseqXhe warranty surety.

After a review of the above referenced project by the Planning Department and the Public
Works Department, it has been determined to release the Letter of Credit in the amount of
$26,559.40. Please use this letter as authorization for Washington Trust Bank to release
Letter of Credit 24928.
