A Meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:10 p.m.,Tuesday,
September 11, 2018, by Council President, Joe Borton.
Members Present: Joe Borton, Luke Cavener, Ty Palmer, Anne Little Roberts, and Treg
Bernt.
Members Absent: Tammy de Weerd and Genesis Milam
Also present: C.Jay Coles, Bill Nary
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Borton: I will go ahead and start tonight's meeting. For the record it is 6:10 p.m. on
September 11, 2018, we will start the meeting with Roll Call Attendance. Mr. Clerk?
C.Jay: Thank you Mr. President

Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Cavener: Applicant has requested a continuance for Item 3 A, I move we adopt the
Agenda as presented
Little Roberts: Second
Borton: It has been moved and second to adopt the agenda as published. All those in
favor say Aye.
Motion Carried: All Ayes
Item 3: Action Item
Borton: Item 3 A Public Hearing for Costco Wholesale (H-2018-0066). This public
Hearing is now open but as Cavener has pointed out the applicant has requested to
continue to October 16, 2018, if no discussion, I would entertain a motion.
Cavener: I move we continue the Public Hearing to October 16, 2018
