To Whom It May Concern:
I understand the Owyhee High School location is going to be discussed at tonight’s meeting. I want to give my
opinion and support the decision of planning and zoning to not approve the school.
Yes I have children in West Ada School District. Yes my kids have over crowded class rooms. However until they
start requiring us to prove residency every year I do not support adding schools. I know several students who
should be going to other schools. I have not had to show proof of residency since my youngest was In kindergarten
9 years ago. Other districts require this annually. Power School and paperless systems have allowed the use of
false addresses. This school being built close to the Ada-Canyon county line gives me great concern that more non
boundary students will be attending this school.
Since I have children in this district I would appreciate my information to remain confidential.
