I don’t think we really need to go in to much explanation as it is pretty straight forward, and I’m sure staff will hit on all the main points. It’s too bad the City does not have a consent agenda for applications like this one. I have briefed her on the project, and we don’t anticipate any neighborhood opposition as the neighborhood meeting the neighbors were very positive. My plan is to keep it on the agenda tonight, unless you see any concerns with doing that, I will take your lead. Please advise.
