Josh,
We will go on record tonight that we can comply with all the conditions outlined in the staff report. I don’t think we
really need to go in to much explanation as it is pretty straight forward, and I’m sure staff will hit on all the main
points. It’s too bad the City does not have a consent agenda for applications like this one.
Thanks,

Steve, we can keep it on the agenda. Other than your question on the streetlights, are there any other concerns with
the staff report?

Bill/Josh,
I had a conflict with my schedule tonight and I did not want to move San Gorgonio from the agenda so I asked
Penelope if she could cover the hearing since she will be there right before our item, and she graciously said that she
could cover the item. I have briefed her on the project, and we don’t anticipate any neighborhood opposition as the
neighborhood meeting the neighbors were very positive. My plan is to keep it on the agenda tonight, unless you
see any concerns with doing that, I will take your lead.
Please advise.
