first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That I am a citizen of the United States,
and at all times hereinafter mentioned
was over the age of eighteen years, and
not a party to the above entitled action.
2. That I am the Principle Clerk of the
Meridian Press, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of this notice, a copy of
which is hereto attached.
3. That the notice, of which the annexed is
a printed copy, was published in said
newspaper 1 time(s) in the regular and
entire issue of said paper, and was
printed in the newspaper proper, and not
in a supplement.

NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications of:
Riley Planning Services for Two Year Time Extension on the preliminary plat in order to obtain the City
Engineer’s signature on a final plat AND extend the time to commence the multi -family use as permitted with the
conditional use permit for Earl Glen Subdivision (H-2018-0094) located at 1780 E. McMillan Rd.
A Team Land Consultants for a Short Plat consisting of 4 residential building lots and 1 common lot on
1.23 acres of land in an existing R-8 zoning district for San Gorgonio Subdivision (H-2018-0092) located at 200
Rosalyn Ct.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
and/or hearings should contact the City Clerk’s Office at 208 -888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
