Dear C. Jay:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on Mountain High School
Auditorium. However, please be advised the Rutledge Lateral courses through the southern
portion of the school property under the parking lot.
The easement for the Rutledge Lateral at this location is a minimum of forty feet (40') total,
twenty-five feet (25') left, and fifteen feet (15') right, facing downstream. Any work within
the easement of the Rutledge Lateral will require a full review.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.

application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Mack Myers with

comments.
