I attended both hearings concerning Timber Creek Recycling. At the first meeting the City Clerk read the names of those
choosing not to testify
and there position of in favor or opposed. At last night’s meeting I signed up as opposed choosing not to testify yet my
position or that of others
choosing not to testify were not mentioned,
Can this please be explained to me? I don’t even recall a count of for or against being given. This seems to be a lack of
due process. I look forward to
