Subject:Recycling on Columbia and Locust Grove.
We have enough smells and traffic congestion around here! Why would you put a recycling operation so
near homes, and in such a fast growing area, when there is plenty of land farther away! The smells and bugs
will reduce our property values and our quality of life. Please don't allow the recycling operation!!
