Composting facility Columbia and S. Locust Grove. NO. NO. The stench will be sickening. Although the
"studies" show that smell and noise will be taken care of, it doesn't happen! Take a look at the CS Meat
Packing outside of Kuna. Traffic is terrible with a steady stream of livestock haulers. And the smell of
boiling hides and waste ebs and flows with the wind and weather. There is so much land between here and
Mountain Home or towards Ontario. How would any of you like to live next to it?
