Description
Vacate the westerly 1’ of the 6’ wide utility and pressure irrigation easement on the east boundary of
Lot 2, Block 14 and the easterly 1’ of the 6’ wide utility and pressure irrigation easement on the west
boundary of Lot 2, Block 12 in the Oaks South Subdivision No 5
Applicant Toll ID I, LLC
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the vacation application and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the current State highway system.
2. Applicant is aware this project is near the future extension of State Highway 16 and is working with ITD to
accommodate the future project.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant may contact
Justin Pond, Program Manager for ITD’s Headquarters Right-of-Way Section at (208) 334-8832 for more
information.
5. ITD does not object to the vacation of easements as presented in the application.
