This is in response to the Public Hearing at Meridian City Hall for the
purpose of Reviewing and Considering the Application for Razzberry
Point Villas Subdivision.
I am against changing the zoning because of all the extra cars, children
and animals in a small confined space on a busy main street into several
subdivisions.
On Star Drive there is a curve in the road across from purposed
Subdivision with speeding cars that impede cars that are turning into
and coming out of Alexandria Subdivision on Bright Angel. You will be
adding approximately 38 cars, 19 to 52 children plus animals in
approximately 2 to 300 feet.
I’m concerned about kids riding their bikes or running across the street
and being hit or killed by a car.
I’m a retired Home Builder and have been around building and
subdivisions for 30 years in the Boise area. I believe this type of project
will devalue our investment in our homes.
