A parcel of land being Lots 9,10, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of Block 1 of Hastings Subdivision No. 3 (Book 112 of
Plats at Pages 16342-16344, records of Ada County, Idaho), situated in a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 26, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Hastings Subdivision No. 3.
Thence following the northerly boundary line of said Hastings Subdivision No. 3, S89°3844"E a distance of
236.00 feet to a found 1/2 -inch rebar marking the northeast corner of said Lot 10;
Thence leaving said northerly boundary line, S00°21'16"W a distance of 310.03 feet to a found brass plug
