Request:
Annexation & zoning of 108.76 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district; and,
Conditional Use Permit for an education institution (high school) in an R-8 zoning district, with
lighted fields (and an outdoor speaker system) within and adjoining a residential district, the
generation of vehicular trips per day in excess of 1,500, proposed access to an arterial street, and
the non-existence of a safe, separate pedestrian and bikeway access between the neighborhood
and the school site, by West Ada School District.
Location: The site is located at 7020 W. Ustick Rd., in the east ½ of Section 32, Township 4N., Range
1W.
