NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications of:
TTS Development, LLC for Rezone of property from L-O (1.494 acres) to C-C, a Short Plat consisting of
two (2) commercial building lots on 1.33 acres of land in a proposed C-C zoning district, and to Modify an Existing
Development Agreement to change from those uses allowed within the L-O zoning district, to those allowed within
the C-C zoning district for Belveal Subdivision (H-2018-0076) located at 385 S. Locust Grove Rd.
neUdesign Architecture, LLC for Vacation of an existing 20' x 20' water easement located near the
northeast corner and a 14' x 13' portion of an existing water easement located in the southwest corner of Lot 11,
Block 2, Gramercy Subdivision No. 1 for Gramercy Medical Office Building (H-2018-0098) located at 2667 E. Gala
Ct.
Toll ID I, LLC for Vacation of the westerly 1’ of the 6’ wide utility and pressure irrigation easement on the
east boundary of Lot 2, Block 14 and the easterly 1’ of the 6’ wide utility and pressure irrigation easement on the west
boundary of Lot 2, Block 12 in the Oaks South Subdivision No. 5 (H-2018-0099) located at 5860 and 5840 W.

Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
and/or hearings should contact the City Clerk’s Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
