This Original Tuscany Lakes Subdivision is located between Eagle and Locust Grove Roads south of Victory Road. This phase is located on west side of the Eight Mile creek and east side of the Ten Mile Creek and one of the phases needed to providing the link the overall Tuscany neighborhood from Eagle Road to Locust Grove Road. All streets will be public and constructed to Ada County Highway District Standards. All right-of-ways will be 52 feet wide with a 36 foot improved section and 5 foot sidewalks on both sides in an easement, except for Palermo Drive, which was approved with a meandering 10 foot pathway on the north side only. The streets were all approved with the original preliminary plat and no changes to them are being proposed. 2.
