To Whom It May Concern:
J -U -B Engineers, Inc., on behalf of our client, Toll ID I, LLC, would like to request a vacation of
the westerly 1' of the 6' utility and pressure irrigation easement on the east boundary of Lot 2,
Block 14 (#R6206810490, 5860 W Quintale Dr) and the easterly 1' of the 6' utility and pressure
irrigation easement on the west boundary of Lot 2, Block 12 (#R6206810210, 5840 W Quintale
Dr) located in the Oaks South Subdivision #5. The vacation of a portion of this easement is
being requested because a 6' easement is not necessary at this location and the builder would
like to provide more floorplan options.
This application is submitted in conformance with the Vacation application submittal

This is in response to the Relinquishment Application submitted to Idaho Power Company on
June 28, 2018, regarding the possible partial relinquishment of the above noted PUE. More
particularly described in legal description and map you provided with your application and
attached to this letter.
Idaho Power's review of the relinquishment request indicated that there are no facilities within
the Utility Easement Area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish what easement rights are
found within the Utility Easement Area as noted above.

• Vacate the westerly 1' of the existing 6' easement on the east boundary of Lot 2 Block 14 and the 1' of the 6' easement on the
west boundary of Lot 2 Block 12 Vacation is requested because a 6' easement is not necessary at this location and the
builder would like to provide more floorplan options for these lots
• A neighborhood meeting is not required & the site is not required to be posted with a public hearing notice sign although a
public hearing is required to be held before City Council.
• Record drawings confirm there is no existing PI water or sewer lines within said easement (SO)
Note: A Trac Impact Study (TIS) will be required by ACHD for large commercial projects and any residential development with over 100 units. To
