Subject: San Gorgonio Subdivision
On behalf of Saul Huerta, A Team Land Consultants presents to the City of Meridian a
Short Plat application for the proposed San Gorgonio Subdivision.
The subject property is located at 200 Rosalyn Court, west of Meridian Road, and
contains 1.23 total acres.
The applicant is proposing to split off the existing house on its own lot and create three
additional single-family building lots. The additional lots will have a common lot for
access to Rosalyn Court, and will have sewer and water extended to all the lots. There
is existing pressure irrigation that will serve the existing house along with the proposed
lots. All dry utilities will be extended to the proposed lots.
The subject final plat is in conformance with all provisions of the UDC, and complies
with all architectural, engineering, and surveying standards.

this application.
