Boise Project has 'no objection to the vacation of said mentioned easement. It will have no affect
on our easements within the subdivision.
There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
