Hello Joshua,
Thanks again for the opportunity to discuss issues with the submitted application this morning. Based on our conversation and
discussion with my partner, Mike Lee, we are unanimous in our decision to withdraw the application for the time being. We
appreciate any consideration in the refunding of application fees paid to the city. We will strive to improve the design of a site
plan that observes all city code and creates a safe and enjoyable neighborhood for the residents.
