Gerald Flower July 6, 2018 Mr. Bruce Chatterton Director Community Development City of Meridian 33 E. Broadway Ave. Suite 120 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Dear Mr. Chatterton, cc: Mayor Tammy De Weerd qUG f ey,. ` 3 pp18 I received a communication from the West Ada School District in regard to providing a portion of my property so that an access road can be provided to the Hunter Homes parcel to the east. In this communication they provided the attached Infrastructure Access Map for the new High School. This map indicates they are planning to bring sewer down from the north to within app. 500 feet from my parcel #SO432438800. My parcel is in the same drainage basin as the end of their proposed new sewer line. I am told they plan to tile the drain on my northern boundary therefore they should be able to stub sewer to my property. I am the last parcel to the south in the Meridian Planning Area and Ada County due to the county line is at Ustick Road. I hereby request that the City of Meridian consider including in the WASD project conditions of approval they stub sewer and water to and through their project to my parcel. To require me to sewer down Ustick to a new future trunk line does not seem logical nor fair since I am in the same drainage basin as the new proposed sewer. A couple of years back, a developer that was looking at my property employed an Engineer to look at this possibility and he determined it was possible. Thank you in advance for this consideration t Sincerely Gerald A Flower; C -C J Gerald A Flower 18089 Celestia Dr Nampa, ID 83687 NI 0 nn IS W Mn Millan R..d
