Ustick Road Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on annexation only for the above -referenced application. Please be advised a filed Land Use Change Application for will be required for review prior to final platting, as NMID has three (3) facilities that will be affected. Please contact Elke Adams at (208) 466-7861, 1503 First St. 'S. Nampa, ID, for further information. All private laterals and waste ways, must be protected. The District's Sky Pilot Drain, runs through the southern portion of this proposed project. The districts easement for the Sky Pilot Drain at this location is a minimum of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet (50') from centerline each direction. The District's McFadden Drain, borders the north side of this proposed project, and has a minimum easement of eighty-five feet (85') total, fifty feet (50') left, and thirty-five feet (35') right from centerline, facing downstream. The District's Noble Lateral, borders the east side of this proposed project along McDermott and has a minimum easement of thirty feet (30') total, fifteen feet (15') from centerline each direction. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. If you submit a company or personal check, it must clear the bank before processing the application. Should this developmentbe planning a' pressurized urban irrigation system that will be owned, operated and maintained by the Irrigation District; I strongly urge you to coordinate with Greg G. Curtis, Water Superintendent for the Irrigation District, concerning the installation of the pressure system. Enclosed is a questionnaire that you must fill out and return in order to initiate the process of contractual agreements between the owner or developer and the Irrigation District for the ownership, operation and maintenance of the pressure urban irrigation system.
