Dear Mayor and Council:
We have reviewed the recommendations for the City Council meeting of February 15, 2005, and
have the following responses:
SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL

fact that the NMID regional pump station is located within Boise City limits.

The applicant will revise the notes, with the exception of the suggested (13.) The
Instrument Number requested by staff to be put on the plat refers only to the
Bryson and Schrammeck properties, which are zoned CoG and are not a part of this
plat. Please delete this condition.

The inlets require riprap in excess of five feet so that the incoming storm water will
not deteriorate the grassy areas. We respectfully request that the drainage swale
design be approved as shown, particularly since the additional common area square
footage exceeds the additional riprap area.
