As of the print deadline for this report, the owner of the property has not returned a
signed Development Agreement to the City Clerk for the property that is the subject
of the Reduction in Platting request (RP-05-00l). Because there are no findings that
will be back before the Council for approval and because the property has not yet
been annexed into the corporate boundaries of the City, staff requests that action on
this item be tabled for one week, until February 22, 2005. This request should give
the applicant time to sign and return the Development Agreement, and the City Clerk
time to record and publish the annexation ordinance.
