Proposed Agenda Items for February 15, 2005 City Council Meeting
The Public Works Department respectfully requests the following item(s) be placed on the
February 15 City Council consent agenda:
Well #27 Lot Purchase Aqreement Attached is a well lot purchase agreement for $21,000.
The lot is located near Franklin and Ten Mile. If a "viable" aquifer is located, the entire
purchase price will be paid for the lot. If unsuccessful, the lot will be returned to it's original
state and a lease fee of $100 will be paid.
The purchase price is similar to the $20,000 agreement for Well #26, which is located on
Locust Grove, south of Chinden.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council approve the Agreement with Cherry Lane Christian Church
for purchase of Well Lot #27, if a viable aquifer is found, for the purchase price
of $21,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign it
