Locust Grove Rd.. since 1972. During the last few years we have noticed an increase in flies, rotting smells and dirt in the air. Since my husband survives on oxygen 24 hours per day, he is not able to be outside for any length of time since the grinding of materials has decrease the air quality at our residence. The dust and dirt that the grinding operation emits into the air collects on the siding and windows of the house. Our patio has become almost useless because the dirt settles on everything. You cannot leave a vehicle outside without it being covered in debris. The rotting of materials and the smells generated has increased the fly population in our neighborhood. We are opposed to having this project approved. Since the property is currently zoned for housing and they are operating under an exemption we believe that the current zoning should be upheld.
