Hi,
I am submitting this letter regarding the application H-2018-0042 by Michael Murgoitio and voicing my opposition to the proposal on the basis of the
following:
The proposal is inconsistent with the zoning of the property (R4 – low to medium residential)
Reduced property values for the properties surrounding Timber Creek Recycling.
Quality of life issues (Dust, Noise, Odor, Appearance)
Increased Traffic
Increase in pests (flies, mosquitoes, rodents, etc.)
Potential for insects to carry diseases to residents and livestock on neighboring properties
Potential toxins leaching into water system
Potential fire hazard
I respectfully request that the commission deny this application.
