Subject:Written Testimony Submission Regarding Timber Creek Recycling
I am submitting this letter regarding the application H-2018-0042 by Michael Murgoitio and voicing my opposition to the proposal on the basis of the
following:
The proposal is inconsistent with the zoning of the property (R4-low to medium residential.
Reduced property values for the properties surrounding Timber Creek Recycling.
Quality of life concerns such as excess dust, noise, odor, appearance.
Increased traffic.
Increase in pests; flies, mosquitoes, rodents, etc.
Potential for insects to carry diseases to residents, pets and livestock on neighboring properties.
Potential for toxins leaching into the water system.
Potential fire hazard.
I respectfully request that the commission deny this application.
