Sonya Allen,
I will not be able to attend the July 17 th meeting due to other commitments and wanted you to know that I’m
fully supportive of Timber Creek Recycling operation on Locust Grove Road. Mike Murgoitio and his family
are great neighbors and stewards of the land and environment as long time farmers. The proposed recycling
business will be located on Murgoitio owed farm and feed lot land which should not have much or any
additional negative impact on the area.
A recycling business which can divert from the landfill, millions of tons of yard and wood waste is a win for the
community and the environment. This type of business would seemingly have little negative impact on other
residents living in the area, especially with the planned noise and sight mitigation.
