Timothy and Joan Kash who reside at 600 E. Columbia rd. Meridian, ID, roughly a little over a ¼ mile from
Timber Creek Recycling, oppose the Amendment to the Development agreement Application H-2018-0042.
We are very concerned for our family and pets safety due to the increase of traffic that the Amendment will
bring. We are also concerned that the Noise pollution, odor pollution, and the bugs that will increase due to the
elevated levels of composting.
We feel the size of the operation is too large for the location. Timber Creek is trying create an industrial sized
operation in a R4 residential area.
