Sonya,
Thanks for your e-mail earlier last week updating me on the outstanding issues related to the Acadia Subdivision Final Plat
application. I believe that we have all but one of your requests. You should have received the 10 copies of the revised plans, and
you should have or will be reicieving written approval from ACHD regarding the alignment of Jericho Road.
1 have been working with the Public Works department on the final issue of resolving the required secondary water service, and it
has become apparent that week will need another week to work through this Issue, so I need to ask for a onw week continuance
of the final plat hearing at City Council tonight. I was hoping that this matter would have resolved itself by today, so please pardon
the tardiness of this letter. Please feel free to forward this letter to the City Clerk and the Council as a request for continuance til
the 8th of February. Thanks for your help.
