Hi Darla,
With response to the Hammer Daycare application at 2208 N. Linder Road, ACHD does not have any site specific
conditions of approval. No impact fees are due and an ACHD inspection is not required.
I do have a few concerns about the proposed parking locations. The stalls should be required to remain entirely outside
of the public right-of-way. Also, commercial parking stalls don’t typically drive over the sidewalk, and they are located
closer to Linder Road than is typically allowed for a driveway.
If plans change to include work in the right-of-way plans will need to submitted for review, permitting and an inspection
would be required.
