NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2018 for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
TMEG Properties, LLC for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 6 building lots on 6.15 acres of land in the C-C
and L-O zoning districts for Bountiful Commons Subdivision (H-2018-0067) located at 5960 N. Linder Rd.
Schultz Development for Replacement of the Existing Development Agreement with a new agreement
to accommodate the proposed residential development plan; An Amendment to the Future Land Use Map
contained in the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation on 37.87 acres of land from Commercial to
Medium High Density Residential; Rezone of 38.48 acres of land from the C-G to the R-15 (west 22.59 acres) and R-
40 (east 15.89 acres) zoning districts; Preliminary Plat consisting of 141 building lots and 18 common area lots on
37.87 acres of land; and Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 272 dwelling units in
the R-40 zoning district for Tanner Creek (H-2018-0023) located at 505, 521, 615 and 675 W. Waltman Ln.
Darla Hammer for a Conditional Use Permit for a group daycare (6-12 children) on 0.20 of an acre of land
in the R-4 zoning district for Hammer Daycare (H-2018-0060) located at 2208 N. Linder Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104,
Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the
above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the
provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
and/or hearings should contact the City Clerkâs Office at 208 -888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
