RE: Preakness Subdivision, 1155 W Victory Rd, Parcel #51225212515
Dear Matt,
New York Irrigation District has approved and accepted the pressurized
irrigation system for Preakness Subdivision as completed and tied into
Kentucky Ridge Subdivision #3 PUIS pumphouse.
According to the agreement in paragraph 5.5 we will need a statement,
preferably a "Bill of Sale" which includes the cost of all materials and labor
to construct the irrigation system. We need this information to provide to
our insurance company.
