Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the Annexation and Zoning
change request only. However, NMID will require a filed Land Use Change Application for
review, prior to final platting, as the District's Von Lateral lies along the south boundary
The District's easement for the Von Lateral at this location is a minimum of forty feet (40')
total, twenty feet (20') from centerline each direction.
This easement must be protected. Any construction or encroachment prior to a signed
License Agreement and approved plan is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans. Developers must comply with Idaho Code
31-3805.
