Jared Leatham (YESCO) on behalf of Hark's Comer, submitted a Planned Sign Program Application
on 1/7/04. This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center / Commercial Signs (the large free-standing tenant sign on W. Franklin Rd.)
• Total # of allowed Center/Commercial type signs =1
• YESCO is applying for this sign with the Planned Sign Program and it is approved by P&Z.
Wall Signs
• The applicant states there will be one (1) per tenant. Each of these future signs will require
separate sign permits.
• No wall signs were submitted or approved with this planned sign program.
• All wall signs will be pan channel letter style
• For wall signs orientated toward a public street, signs shall not exceed 18% of wall area. For wall
signs not oriented toward a public street, the sign shall not exceed 9% of wall area.0 /
