Master Sign Plan Criteria

1. Each tenant shall be required to submit signage plans to P&P Investments for and
the City of Meridian for approval.
2. All signs shall be in compliance of Meridian city code you may obtain this
information from www.meridiancit" or by contacting Meridian City at 208-
884-5533.
3. A design review application, accompanied by the written approval of P&P
Investments, and full color renderings of sign including elevation of building with
proposed sign to size and cross cut rendering of sign including material and
electrical components.
4. Signs shall be internally illuminated.
5. Signs shall be installed on raceway painted to match building color.
6. Signs shall be constructed of channel letters or sculpted cabinets where nessesary
depending on font or graphics used see example 1&2.
7. Upon termination of their lease, the tenant shall neatly seal all penetrations of the
building structure in a watertight condition that matches the texture used in the
construction of the building.
8. Signage will be available on center marquee thru Bryantideas 2 sided translucent
vinyl.
9. Any other signage such as temporary grand opening, etc. shall comply with
Meridian City Code.
10. Signage on doors and windows shall comply with Meridian City Code.
