(1) One monument sign is permitted to be oriented to Meridian Road to identify the businesses within the development. The monument sign is 15' in overall height and 66 square feet total sign area. (2) One smaller monument sign is permitted on Easy Jet to direct traffic and identify the businesses. The monument sign is 6' in overall height and 9'4" in overall length. (3) Wall signs are permitted on the buildings not to exceed 9% of any fascia area for any individual business. (4) Wall signs may be internally illuminated, halo illuminated or dimensional non -illuminated but must be consistent within each individual building.
