ONE sign shall be permitted on EACH of the east, north, and south faces of the Verizon premises as
shown in these REVISED SIGN DRAWINGS.
SUBJECT TO:
m City of Meridian Approval and Permit
a Reciprocal Easement Agreement stipulation that no identification sign attached to the exterior of a
Building shall be made using exposed raceways, exposed neon tubes, exposed ballast boxes, or
exposed transformer
E3 The understanding Tenant shall at its cost remove such signs upon the Lease termination, and
promptly and professionally repair any affected surfaces to the condition they were in prior to
installation of the signs.
Since the building will have its own large "3327" address letters, the suggestion is respectfully made to
change the transom lettering to the suite number.
We sincerely hope this quick approval will help Verizon meet their target Grand Opening in July as the
developer/landlord is most enthusiastic about adding yet another quality tenant of national stature.
