SUBJECT TO: m City of Meridian Approval and Permit a Reciprocal Easement Agreement stipulation that no identification sign attached to the exterior of a Building shall be made using exposed raceways, exposed neon tubes, exposed ballast boxes, or exposed transformer E3 The understanding Tenant shall at its cost remove such signs upon the Lease termination, and promptly and professionally repair any affected surfaces to the condition they were in prior to installation of the signs.
