Sign is not to exceed the height of the wall face (maximum of 30 ft.) C. Lettering within the copy area shall not exceed a height of 3 ft. d. Adjoining property is zoned commercial or industrial. e. Direct illumination wall signs are prohibited. f. Animation, flashing lights, reader boards and revolving signs are prohibited. g. Design of the sign, including color scheme, shall be compatible with the wall face. 10. Free-standing signs & wall signs within 300 ft. of 184 right-of-way shall comply with the following standards: a. Only (1) wall sign oriented to 184 is allowed per business or tenant in a building that is occupied by two or more tenants. (Not more than 2 freeway -oriented wall signs allowed on any single building or structure). b. Free standing signs shall not exceed 40 ft. in height. C. Free-standing signs shall be 1 sq. ft. of sign area per linear foot of freeway frontage up to a max. of 150 sq. ft. d. Minimum distance between free-standing signs is 500 ft. e.
