If this is acceptable to you I will proceed get a bid to provide electrical service to the sign and we can finalize the construction costs. Separately, as we discussed the power will probably come from your building so we will have to have a monthly expense allocation to each of the users. Also, I think we should have a maintenance agreement with Image National to service/maintain the sign. If this meets with your approval then Sundance suggested a letter stating your approval is all that is required. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
