Please note the following:
11-3D-7: STANDARDS FOR PERMANENT SIGNS ALLOWED WITHOUT A PERMIT:
A. Directional or public service information signs. Directional signs shall be no greater than four (4) square
feet in area and no more than four feet (4') in height. If business identification is used, then it shall be secondary in
all aspects to the primary use of these signs for directional purposes as defined.
Directional signs (drive thru) need to meet the above requirements and are not required to have a permit.
I've approved the wall sign and am sending it to the Building Dept. for their review.
