As you maybe aware one of your new tenants, Nextel Partners is currently in the process
of branding the new facility at the above address. Your approval is needed merely from a
conceptual standpoint and you will not incur any costs to implement these changes.
Icon Identity Solutions has been chosen to oversee the signage installation at your
facility. We have attached a rendering, which depicts the proposed signs for your site,
and we kindly ask you to review and approve these drawings so we can begin our permit
approval and manufacturing process. Upon your approval, we ask that you please
complete the information requested in this letter, sign and fax a copy to Icon at (847)
