Dear Planner:
Attached please find our sign permit application for the main project identification sign for Paramount
Village Center located south of Chinden Blvd. and on the east side of Linder. While this application is
being applied for the main identification sign only, Sue Cook Design Studios is simultaneously
applying for a Planned Sign Program for this development as a whole.
The sign we are proposing does meet ordinance in terms of allowable height, square footage, and
setback in a LO Zone. The materials used are identical to those used in the entry elements to the
subdivision and closely emulate their design. It's just one fine looking sign (smile)!
The property owners are extremely anxious for us to being construction of this sign. Therefore, should
there be any concerns at all regarding this application, I would very much appreciate it if you could
