Dear Ms. Allen:
My company represents the owners of the building located at 1530 W. State St., Meridian. I
have enlisted Signs by Smith to replace the existing monument sign. They have completed the
request documents exclusive of the permit fee and are prepared to complete the installation. For
your information, this sign will replace an existing monument sign and no other signs will be
erected on the grounds or affixed to the exterior of the building.
Other than remitting the permit fee, kindly notify me of any other requirements for installing
this sign.
