Daunt Whitman, Idaho Electric Signs Date: 6/1/05 Re: Approved Sign Program for Bridgetower Office Complex (Gallery Sub.) Idaho Electric Signs, on behalf of Bridgetower Office Complex (Gallery Sub.) submitted a Planned Sign Program application. This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program (PSP). The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center Signs (multi -tenant sign) • Total # of allowed "center" type signs = 1 (approved w/this permit on Ten Mile Rd.) • One (1) additional center sign will be allowed in the future on W. Belltower Drive. This sign will require a sign permit. Free-standing Signs • No additional free-standing signs are approved at this time other than the proposed center sign on Ten Mile Rd. • In addition to the main center sign, one (1) free-standing sign per building within the center is permitted, with size and background area in accordance with Table C (MCC 11-14), provided that no sign exceeds a height of ten feet (10') and background area of seventy (70) square feet. • Future free-standing signs will require a sign permit. Wall Signs • No wall signs were approved at this time. • Each tenant will be allowed wall signs in accordance with MCC 11-14-9. F. Each of these future signs will require separate sign permits. • Per the tenant agreement, wall signs shall be pan channel non -internally illuminated letters. FREE-STANDING SIGNS SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE SITE TRIANGLE 0 Page 1 Bridgetower Office Complex Master Sign Program May 179 2005 The master sign program is intended to provide guidelines for the development known as "Bridgetower Office Complex" located at the northeast corner of Ten Mile and Belltower Roads consisting of three multi tenant office buildings. (�) One io' monument sign with multi tenants is permitted on Ten Mile Road to identify the businesses within the three buildings as per attached specifications. (2) One 5' directional sign displaying multi tenants is permitted on the northwest corner of Selltower Road and the private access road to identify and direct traffic and emergency services to the businesses within the development. (g) Each business is permitted to install non -internally illuminated wall signs on any wall of the buildings. Signs must be dimensional and of a metal material (no plastics). Wall signs may not exceed 9% of the fascia and maybe oriented to Ten Mile Road, Selltower Road or parking area. (4) Each business is permitted to display window vinyls or lettering to identify the name of the business and the hours of operation. (5) Tenants are responsible for acquiring all city and local permits required. Lease Inclusion: This Planned Sign Program shall be included in the Lease for each individual tenant Signed.
