This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on January II, 2005, upon the
Applicant's time application for a one (I) year extension within which to commence the Finish Line
Automotive Conditional Use Permit, which was originally approved on May 27,2003, as provided in
§ 12-3-6 B, and good causing appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above name Applicant is granted a one (I) year extended period of time until
November 27,2005, of this Order within which to commence the Conditional Use Permit
on Finish Line Automotive for the above entitled subdivision application.
